Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2009, Alyse Auernheimer is a seasoned Realtor who utilizes the perfect blend of real estate experience and knowledge to benefit each and every client. Her work as a residential real estate salesperson is the culmination of a long career within the residential and commercial fields. Prior to embracing sales, Alyse worked as an interior designer and project manager for residential and commercial renovation projects. She has a deep understanding of construction, historic renovation, and design practices.
Alyse covers the City of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and New Kent counties and often works with families relocating to the inner city or investors looking for single family or small to mid-sized multi-family properties. She also has unique experience with equine and small farm properties plus River and Mountain getaways.
Alyse is a native of New Mexico and citizen of the Muscogee Creek Nation. Alyse earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Public Administration from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and did Graduate work in Public Administration at the University of Arkansas and Virginia Tech.
Alyse and her family relocated to Virginia in 1994 and have called Richmond home since 2002. Upon arrival, she became an enthusiastic member of her community and has become a champion of our local public education system. She co-founded Building a Better RPS, a non-profit focused on grassroots fundraising and volunteerism to benefit Richmond Public Schools. She's also a long time supporter of the Richmond SPCA and Humane Society of the US.
After decades in The Fan District, Alyse and her husband, Mark, now call Varina home and enjoy the peaceful setting and close proximity to Downtown Richmond and enjoy our vibrant local arts and culinary scene.
