Born and raised in the Metro Richmond area, Ken Chin is an authority on his hometown -- but most importantly -- he understands exactly what his clients need from their Realtor. His philosophy is simple:

My specialty as a Richmond realtor is supporting and guiding my clients so they feel secure in their decision and in their new home. After over a decade of experience, Ken is a well-trained and resourceful Realtor. Ken understands all the components and outside forces that can affect any real estate transaction. He's not afraid to do the necessary homework to ensure that his clients’ needs are met and their investment is protected. Ken prides himself on attention to detail, exceeding expectations and remaining a part of his clients' lives long after the paperwork is signed.

Ken is a native of Mechanicsville, VA and a graduate of Lee-Davis High School. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business/Business Administration from VCU in 2006, Ken obtained his license to sell Real Estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2007. He's been guiding buyers, sellers and investors ever since.
When he isn't working, Ken's focus is on family. He, his wife, and their two children reside in Hanover with their dog (Bingo) and cat (Yoshi). Ken is a fan of the NBA and NFL and proud to call the Lions and Bengals "his teams." Ken is also fluent in Cantonese Chinese.
