Heather Grubb
REALTOR®

Born in Henrico and now a resident of Chesterfield County, Heather is a native Richmonder who understands the real estate market on both sides of the James River. She is honest, organized and focused on providing positive outcomes for all of her clients around the Metro Richmond area.

Licensed since 2013, Heather has equal experience representing buyers and sellers. She is proud of her patient and professional approach to selling homes and her ability to satisfy every client's expectations. Above all else, Heather is a strong communicator and negotiator.

Heather loves a new opportunity. She loves the challenge of helping a first-time home buyer or walking a seller through the arduous process of preparing a home for sale. Over the years, she has gravitated towards rehabilitation and renovation projects. This work required her to sharpen her knowledge and understanding of the foreclosure and short-sale market and become an expert on Real Estate Market statistics.

Heather spent her childhood in Henrico County where she graduated from Hermitage High School and went on to earn her Bachelor's degree from University of Phoenix.

When she isn't working with clients, Heather spends her free time with her husband, Josh, and their dogs (Shakespeare & Teddie) and cats (Arthur & Ceasar) or relaxing at the beach. In 2018, Heather purchased her first investment property on Hatteras Island.

Heather has been recognized for her outstanding sales productions and is a member of The Richmond Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
