Since 2013, Joy Hanes has been a full-time, licensed REALTOR and dedicated part of several top real estate sales teams in Richmond, Virginia. She joined Rashkind Saunders & Co. to sharpen her personal business and focus more on the client experience with a modern, relationship driven, locally minded brokerage. Prior to working as a REALTOR, she enjoyed a career in the medical services industry and prefers the opportunity for closer working relationships and exceeding the high expectations of her Real Estate clients.
Born and raised in Goochland, VA, Joy is number four out of eight children and still enjoys visiting with her large, close knit family at her parents’ home.
Joy is an avid animal lover and devotes much of her spare time to volunteering with her therapy dog Rigsby at local hospitals, nursing homes, and schools. To truly unwind, you’ll find her off-roadin’ in her truck, riding her motorcycle or watching her beloved Dallas Cowboys.
