Christof Gardet became a licensed REALTOR ® in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2022. He comes to Rashkind Saunders & Co. after a successful sales career with Republic National Distributing Company, the second largest beverage distributor in the U.S.
Christof is passionate about real estate investing and helping his clients find 'the one' - the home that perfectly suits his buyers' tastes and needs. He understands the impact and value that owning a home or investment property can bring to an individual, family and community. Christof bought his first investment property in 2018, quickly followed by another, and is enthusiastic about passing that knowledge onto his clients.
Originally from Long Island, NY, Christof, graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business Administration in 2013 and has been a Richmond resident ever since. His favorite part of living in the city is the easy access to the James River where he enjoys kayaking. When he's not in town, you'll catch him in Deltaville on his sailboat, fishing or participating in any activity involving the water with his trusted first mate - his Pitbull mix, Mackenzie!
