Mollie B. Benedict has been a licensed REALTOR for 14 years and has an incredible range of experience that touches every corner of the real estate industry. Mollie began her career in Real Estate as a Development Coordinator at Walker Row Properties. She eventually arrived in the world of commercial real estate with Divaris Real Estate, and as her family grew, Mollie made the decision to move from commercial real estate to residential real estate.
Originally a member of Berkshire Hathaway (formerly Prudential) Real Estate, Mollie specialized in relocation work and represented both buyers and sellers through the complicated process of real estate as part of job change.
In 2015, Mollie joined Rashkind Saunders & Co. Real Estate where she continues to specialize in helping families transition between homes. Mollie has been recognized throughout the years for her success as a real estate salesperson including being recognized by the Richmond Association of Realtors as a Distinguished Achiever since 2015.
Mollie lives in the historic Fan District of Richmond with her two daughters, Bea & Mary, and her husband Charlie. She is an active member of the Fan Woman’s Club and enjoys volunteering in her community.
