Jason Hester is a respected Realtor with a well established track record of success in the Richmond area real estate market. A proven negotiator, he has broad experience in marketing and selling single family homes, townhomes & condos on behalf of his clients. He also has an excellent record representing small and medium sized investors interested in procuring and divesting rental income properties and identifying best uses for undeveloped land. He is an award winning, multi-million dollar producer, having received several gold and silver medals from his previous firm, consistent recognition for his sales volume from the Richmond Association of Realtors and is a five time recipient of the 5 Star award from Richmond Magazine. He was named RS&Co's Realtor of the Year in 2017 as well as being named to the company's Partners' Circle for his sales production. Jason is active in the Real Estate community, having served on the Legislative Committee of the Richmond Association of Realtors, including stints as Vice Chair and Chair. He currently is a Trustee of RPAC and recently concluded a term as Chair. He also served on a real estate advisory committee for the Southside Community Housing & Development Corp for a time. Additionally, he serves as an Elder at his church and was Deacon Chair at his previous church, and has been involved in Food Pantry, Vacation Bible School and Mercy ministries. Jason is a graduate of Midlothian High School and Virginia Tech. He previously worked in the dotcom arena and in local politics & state government before deciding to go to work helping his broad network of contacts with their personal real estate needs. Jason is a lifelong resident of the Richmond area, having lived in the Fan, Northside and Westover Hills area and now residing in Midlothian with his wife and three girls, close to where he grew up.
