Shana feels so blessed to have a career where she is allowed into her clients' lives and homes daily. She loves holding their hands and guiding them gracefully through one of the most confusing and stressful times in their lives. Nothing makes Shana happier than seeing her clients light up as they are handed the keys to their new home, or when her sellers accept an offer after only a few days on the market! Shana has worked as a REALTOR® for over 20 years, in multiple areas of the industry as a relocation specialist, new construction representative, and a buyers and sellers agent. Her passion for real estate runs deep, having personally gone through the buying, selling, and building process multiple times. Combining her strong background in the financial industry with her extreme desire to deliver the highest quality and service possible builds a foundation of success for Shana’s clients. Living in the Richmond area her entire life, and in her current home for over 13 years, gives Shana a strong connection to the community and its surrounding areas. When she’s not working, you’ll find Shana volunteering at her son’s school and spending time with her family.
